Donna L. Freidel, Partner
Ms. Freidel is an experienced trial attorney and a skilled legal writer; she believes in bringing all of her talents to the table on behalf of her clients in order to achieve the best possible results.
Since opening her own practice in 2000, Ms. Freidel has developed a sub-specialty in the investigation of first party insurance claims and insurance fraud investigations.
Additionally, she has developed an expertise in condominium and community association law, hand selecting the associations that the firm will represent and providing to those associations, along with her partner, Tal Kramer, comprehensive legal representation in all of the areas that arise in modern shared residential and commercial property arrangements.
Ms. Freidel is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law-Camden, ('84) where she was an Associate Editor of the Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, (BAAS '81), where she majored in Biological Sciences. Additionally, she has studied acting at several venues, including a Masters Class at the Walnut Street Theater, and she has acted with several community theaters. She has found that, "Acting enhanced my trial work, just as my trial experience enhanced my acting; both are fun in their own way." She is currently pursuing a course of studies in creative writing, with the eventual goal of obtaining a Masters of Fine Arts in that area.
Raised by her parents, Stan and Helen Freidel to give back to the community, Ms. Freidel is active in several volunteer organizations. She serves on the Board of Family Promise-Interfaith Hospitality Network of Gloucester County, which provides food and shelter to homeless children and families in Gloucester County, NJ. She also serves on the Board of the Gloucester County Children's Choir. She is an ardent proponent of civil rights and works to support human and civil rights issues, both locally and internationally.
Married for over twenty-five years to her law partner, Donna and Tal are the proud parents of three children.

Talbot B. Kramer, Partner
Tal Kramer has been practicing law for twenty five years. His career began with an Appellate clerkship with the Honorable Michael Patrick King, then presiding judge of the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Tal then joined the Attorney General of New Jersey as a Deputy Attorney General within the New Jersey Division of Law, where he tried numerous cases in both the State and Federal courts involving issues of civil rights, personal injury, property damage and personnel matters.
As a Deputy Attorney General, he rose to the level of Assistant Section Chief and supervised less experienced Deputies in the handling of litigated Civil Rights and personal injury matters. Since his departure from the Attorney General's Office in 1990, he has maintained an active trial practice, handling complex matters involving serious personal injury, products liability, contracts, professional negligence, errors and omissions claims, and community association litigation. While quite comfortable, and successful, trying cases, Mr. Kramer's goal always is to achieve the result that is most advantageous to his client, be it a negotiated or a litigated conclusion.
Mr. Kramer is a 1981 Honors graduate from Rutgers College. While at Rutgers, he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar and completed a Masters level thesis during his senior year of college. He is a 1984 graduate of the Rutgers School of Law. He considers his most valuable educational experience to be the year he spent as a law clerk in the Appellate Division, gaining valuable insight into both the inner working of the court system and exposure to many practice areas.
Mr. Kramer is active in the community. He is a coordinator in the IHN/Family Promise network, a faith based organization that provides shelter and assistance to the homeless. He also holds positions with the Gloucester County Children's Choir and the St. Thomas Episcopal Church, where he is a member of the Vestry. He is a lifelong runner, having completed nineteen marathons, including the New York and Boston Marathons, as well as countless other races.
Married for over twenty-five years to his law partner, Tal and Donna are the proud parents of three children.
Mr. Kramer is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
