Donna L. Freidel
Partner
Ms. Freidel is an experienced trial attorney and a skilled legal writer; she believes in bringing all of her talents to the table on behalf of her clients in order to achieve the best possible results.
Since opening her own practice in 2000, Ms. Freidel has developed a sub-specialty in the investigation of first party insurance claims and insurance fraud investigations.
Additionally, she has developed an expertise in condominium and community association law, hand selecting the associations that the firm will represent and providing to those associations, along with her partner, Tal Kramer, comprehensive legal representation in all of the areas that arise in modern shared residential and commercial property arrangements.
Ms. Freidel is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law-Camden, ('84) where she was an Associate Editor of the Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, (BAAS '81), where she majored in Biological Sciences. Additionally, she has studied acting at several venues, including a Masters Class at the Walnut Street Theater, and she has acted with several community theaters. She has found that, "Acting enhanced my trial work, just as my trial experience enhanced my acting; both are fun in their own way." She is currently pursuing a course of studies in creative writing, with the eventual goal of obtaining a Masters of Fine Arts in that area.
Raised by her parents, Stan and Helen Freidel to give back to the community, Ms. Freidel is active in several volunteer organizations. She provides pro bono legal services to financially needy children through South Jersey Legal Services Children's SSI Project. She serves on the Board of Family Promise-Interfaith Hospitality Network of Gloucester County, which provides food and shelter to homeless children and families in Gloucester County, NJ. She also serves on the Board of the Gloucester County Children's Choir. She is an ardent proponent of civil rights and works to support human and civil rights issues, both locally and internationally.
Married for over twenty-five years to her law partner, Donna and Tal are the proud parents of three children.
Ms. Freidel is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
